Closely Located near Golden Temple

Stayed for one night on 8th September. Hotel is closely located near the Golden Temple. Check in was too slow as the staff seem to be very confused about handling the check in of guests. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. House Keeping is also very Slow. Breakfast is a huge disappointment as the guests have to go outside the hotel to a restaurant for Breakfast and the Breakfast is served on a Plate with most of the items being cold. The service is also very slow with almost all the guests were waiting and were almost getting restless waiting for the Breakfast to be served . Overall it is a 2 Star Hotel Property with comfortable rooms but with untrained and shortage of staff.

Good one..parking ,lift,wifi all is good .. resturant not available..it is away from 15 km from the vellore city .who are want see golden temple it is near temple locate .small things like tooth brush ,shaving kits,tooth paste not provide by hotel ...we have stay standard ac room ..rooms are clean .

At first look, the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are huge, and the air conditioning great. However,the place needs a lot of work to make it really comfortable. The bathroom needs maintenance (the shower mixer needs work), and they could give you a hand towel. The room could do with a luggage rack. No side tables - only one side has it. Otherwise the rooms are neat and clean, as is the bathroom. No restaurant - they serve you tea/coffee in the room. The room itself has no coffee/tea maker.

It is really a Golden Gateway as mentioned by its name,they are maintaining the hotel very neat and clean..Room was very spacious and had all the facilities...We booked this room for visiting Kancheepuram(1hr39mins from this hotel).Good Hotel And value for money 👍🏻
